To save you time we have answered many frequently asked questions below. If you can't find the answer to your question please contact us using any of the options provided.

How do I order from Macaroon Jewellery?

Ordering from us is very easy. Simply browse our website and choose the items you want. To do this add each item to your ‘Shopping Basket’ by choosing its quantity and clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button on its product page.

When you have chosen all the items you want to buy (including any gift vouchers), click the ‘View Basket’ button at the top right of the page. You will then be taken to your Shopping Basket. On this page add any promotional codes/ gift vouchers you may have (ensuring you click ‘Apply ’), choose your delivery options and then click 'Continue'. If you wish to remove or change the quantities of any items you can do so by either amending the Quantity and pressing your return key or simply clicking the 'Remove' button to remove the item from your Basket.

After clicking continue you will be asked to fill out your personal details (including delivery address & credit card details). When complete and you are happy to place an order simply click ‘Buy Now’. Please note if you have signed up to Visa or Mastercard’s 3d-secure you will be sent to their pages for verification.

Where do you ship to?

We have customers around the world and are happy to ship anywhere! Simply choose your country when you checkout.

How do I use a promotional code?

Click 'View Basket' (at the top right of our web site) and simply enter your promotional code here ensuring you click ‘Apply’. The total cost of your order will automatically be updated.

Please note delivery charges are not included in promotions.

How do I buy a gift voucher?

Presently we only sell online e-gift vouchers. To buy one simply click 'Gift Vouchers' at the bottom of our website, then enter the price and quantity of your gift voucher and add it to your basket by clicking 'Add to Basket'. At this point you can check out as normal (by clicking 'View Basket' at the top right of our website), the only difference being after clicking ‘Buy Now’ (on the address & payment check out page) you will be automatically taken to a page for you to fill in the recipient’s details and a short message from you. Once your order has been accepted and payment verified the gift voucher will be sent via email to the recipient.

Please note you can buy gift vouchers and jewellery at the same time in one order.

How do I use a gift voucher?

Click 'View Basket' (at the top right of our web site) and simply enter your gift voucher code here ensuring you click ‘Apply’. The total cost of your order will automatically be updated.

I've placed an order but not received a confirmation email.

You should receive an automatic email confirming your order; occasionally this may end up in your ‘Junk’ box, please check here first. If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours please contact us direct.

How can I see the status of my delivery?

We usually post most items on the day the order was received and send an email to inform you of this. To find out how your order is progressing simply email us direct ( and we will let you know when your jewellery is due for delivery.

Can I buy safely on Macaroon Jewellery?

You can rest assured that we will always put you first and you are safe buying from our site.

Our website is authenticated by GlobalSign SSL and uses the strongest SSL possible to secure your transactions. Your transactions are also secured by Sagepay who are audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and are a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We also screen all transactions using GateKeeper, 3rd Man's online Verified Payment Data Query (VPDQ) fraud system.

Finally we never store any of your bank or credit card details and your personal details are never shared with any party.

Can I cancel my order?

We would hate for you to make a mistake when ordering. As part of our commitment to our customers you may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Orders are usually processed and sent for delivery on the same day the order was made. To make certain we cancel your order in time please ensure you email us at with your name, address and order number by 3pm (UK) on the day you placed the order. We will contact you back via email to confirm your order has been cancelled and your money refunded.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Items received before 3pm are usually processed and delivered on the same day. The actual delivery time depends on what delivery options you have chosen at ‘Checkout’. As a guide Free Delivery will take between 3-7 days, Express 2-3 days and Europe, the Republic of Ireland & the Rest of the World can take between 7-14 days.

Deliveries to Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and some Scottish islands may take a day longer

The item I want is 'out of stock', how long does it take to make more?

Although we aim to remake out of stock items ASAP (usually within a day or so), some items may take more time to complete. If you would like an out of stock item it is best to email us and we will contact you the moment we make another one!

What if an item goes out of stock after I’ve ordered it?

We keep a close eye on our stock levels and are always making jewellery. In the unlikely event this happens we will contact you direct via the details you supplied at the checkout.

I’ve received the wrong item in my order, what should I do?

In the unlikely event of this happening, simply return the item. You will find instructions on the returns note included with your order. We will of course refund you your delivery costs.

What should I do if an item I’ve received is faulty?

For a full refund, return the item following the instructions on the despatch note included with your order. We will of course reimburse you any delivery charges.

How do you keep my personal information secure?

Please note we hate spam, you wont get any from us and we wont use your email address for anything other than to send you our newsletters and promotions.
