We are very proud of our designs and want you to be delighted with your new jewellery. We work hard to make each piece beautiful, but understand that occasionally you may want to return items. In this unlikely event simply return it to us, in its original condition (including cotton bag), within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer an exchange or full refund.
Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return any item please pack up your order and send it in its original condition to: Macaroon, 194 Fitzalan Rd, Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9JZ. Please ensure you get a postage receipt and keep it until you’ve received your refund as we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned order.

Cancelling an Order
We would hate for you to make a mistake when ordering. As part of our commitment to our customers you may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Orders are usually processed and sent for delivery on the same day the order was made. To make certain we cancel your order in time please ensure you email us at email@example.com with your name, address and order number by 3pm (UK) on the day you placed the order. We will contact you back via email to confirm your order has been cancelled and your money refunded.
We take great care in sourcing the highest quality components and most designs are made in house by us. We therefore take quality very seriously. In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives in a faulty condition we will be happy to replace it for you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
If the item is faulty we will of course reimburse you any delivery charges.
